Challenge: A small firm engaged Northbound Consulting to bid on a major tender in a new area to them but lacked a framework to assess capability vs. risk.

Intervention: I led a Go/No-Go Assessment to evaluate transferable pedigree and identify critical gaps.

Result: A high-polish bid submitted and won against much larger incumbents and a repeatable decision framework for all future work. We then managed the client relationship and program management going forward.

Intervention: I architected Wrike, a project management software with repeatable project blueprints and automated workflows. I created SOP documents and recordings for all processes that were once in only the founders head.
